A largely POSITIVE experience

The bedroom I had was large, beautifully decorated, and overlooking the courtyard. I could also see the spa building. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was the best I have had. I especially looked forward to the carved roast ham and eggs royale.

The room was like a far trek from the reception. I had to go through long corridors to reach the room. The king bed was just two twins pushed together. There was no topper, disappointing.

The food in the restaurant was great. The room was super clean and very well equipped. The staff were very helpful from arrival to departure, and I greatly appreciated their assistance.

I needed to ask every day for tea bags to be replenished in the room. Only everyday tea bags should be provided.

I found the staff to be cute. The atmosphere in the bar was indeed pleasant. I found a nice coffee machine in my room plus a fridge. I appreciated the large shower, a bath, and separate sinks in the bathroom. I also enjoyed lovely walks on the hotel.

The room I stayed in required better cleanliness. I found cobwebs on the ceilings. I saw dead flies remaining in the room for the duration of my three-night stay, an oversight.

my time at this facility was excellent! the surrounding areas provided a beautiful setting. the staff welcomed me in a lovely atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed the large shower, bath and separate sinks in my room.

The room wasn't the best because i saw cobwebs on the ceilings. i also noted there were dead flies present in the room. This impacted my experience. this issue persisted for the duration of my three-night stay.
