I found the rooms well-proportioned. The housekeeping service operated seamlessly. The pillow service added a nice touch. I enjoyed the gym. It had all the necessary equipment, and I trained alone each time. I particularly appreciated Simón Ramirez at the front desk. His warm welcome and city tips enhanced my experience.
The shower temperature was not consistent during each use. I think more toilet paper should be provided.

I found the staff attentive. Murilo provided really good service. He also gave great guidance on local attractions. The convenient location allowed for easy exploration of the city.
The air-conditioning did not seem very effective. Even with adjustments, the room remained a bit stuffy. I also noticed some street noise .

Customer service was great! Staff members went out of their way to assist me. They contacted the airport about my delayed luggage, calling me immediately it arrived and bringing it to my room. They offered helpful directions and recommendations. Zaida surprised me with chocolate-covered strawberries!
The bathroom door has a large glass panel and is located within view of the bed, something that may bother some guests.
