The sunny weekend made everything so lovely!!! emily at reception was an absolute gem. She was warm, cute, and genuinely cared. our double room balcony was beautiful and provided the most perfect backdrop for watching the sunset from our balcony. i loved that the hotel grounds had beautiful courts. It felt so grand and luxurious.
The coffee at breakfast wasn't amazing. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and it just didn't quite hit the mark.

The staff were very helpful. They accommodated all requests. the open fire in the lobby offered a particularly warm welcome. i liked the value of the included dinner and breakfast. I found it very excellent. the food was delicious. It was a pleasure to eat there.
i noticed the absence of air conditioning, though a fan was in the room. the room remained comfortable despite the weather. i think air conditioning would enhance the experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a comprehensive selection of food items.
The jacuzzi wasn't working, a big letdown. The swimming pool was overcrowded with children, so relaxing was difficult. I also noticed the changing room floor was dirty and wet, really needing a clean and regular mopping.
