the staff was excellent breakfast was wonderful i found the reception staff especially helpful the room and bed were comfortable
the bar was freezing because it was beside an automatic door bedroom door had big gaps i could hear everything in the corridor i didn't recommend it

the breakfast was acceptable, with an adequate selection of standard items.
I was very disappointed with the noise level. A very loud generator ran outside my window all night. i needed soundproof windows because the noise kept me awake, it was a big problem. the carpeting in the restaurant had many stains, it was not very appealing.

the restaurant food was amazing!!! it featured fresh ingredients , made every meal special. the staff members were very friendly and efficient. they made sure i felt comfortable. free parking and ev charging (3-pin socket) were a huge bonus. i had a hassle-free stay.
i found a very minor issue. the gym didn't have enough free weights for a full workout. this slight inconvenience didn't detract much from my overall experience though.

my double room had two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. fresh towels were supplied daily. the bed was quite comfortable. the room included a large tv with many channels.

the breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of options.
I had issues with the temperature in my room, as it was excessively hot. Two fans were necessary throughout the night to make it bearable. This greatly affected my comfort .

the bedroom was comfortable , it was a normal size room with both a bath and shower in the en-suite.
i found the bed linen was ripped , it was not up to standard. the noise from the breakfast room in the morning was also a problem as it woke me up early. i expect better attention to detail and quieter surroundings.

I found the hotel modern with bright decor. It was clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Free access to both the pool and gym was a lovely bonus for my trip. The food in the restaurant was superb.
The air conditioning in the room was not effective. The room felt too dark. Though, overall, I'd definitely stay again

i appreciated the convenient location just off the motorway. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the leisure centre was well kept, with a clean steam room and sauna. they provided travel cots, which simplified bedtime for us.
the room was very warm without air conditioning. i requested a fan, but it never arrived was good. i also woke up early due to bins crashing loudly.
