Excellent City Hotel
comfortable bed tasty breakfast professional staff
The beds are comfortable. I seemed like I was sleeping on clouds. Breakfast was tasty. The service was very nice, and there was a huge range of choices on the menu. The front-of-house staff provided amazing service. Everyone was professional, mannerly, and helpful.
The pool was a bit cold.

The breakfast service was quick. The room size in the Beautiful Twin Room was great for me. I appreciated the location. It offered convenient access to nearby shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service.
The air conditioning was not working well. The room was too hot. The shower screen leaked. It needs repair. I received too many emails asking me to upgrade. This reminded me of constant upselling.

clean room great amenity delicious food
the room was clean. it was executive king room. it had every amenity i required for my stay. staff helped me with my bags. staff guided me to the reception. i loved this hotel. check in was flawless. i was given room 402. it was super clean clean. this room had every amenity. breakfast was a great experience. food was delicious.
