mixed experience at this hotel

high bedhard pillows
the bed was too high for me i had difficulty getting in and out. the gap under the door was also a problem light and noise from the hallway disturbed my sleep. the pillows were also too hard preventing restful sleep

fantastic trip

delicious mealsreasonable priceroom temperature
the meals were surprisingly good. the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. the hotel served a nice standard breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. i recommend it.
the upgraded room i booked was too warm because there was no air conditioning. the windows only opened a crack and overlooked the carpark. the front desk provided a fan, but it wasn't effective enough for the temperature of the room.

i found the staff helpful. i ate at petie joe's and enjoyed the food, it was top CLASS. breakfast offered a lot of options. the front desk staff made check-in quick.
i noticed a slight gap under the door, letting hallway light in at night.

the leisure center facilities were excellent. they were very well maintained. the member of staff on duty was very helpful. his friendly manner. the food was of a very high standard. the staff were attentive, sociable, efficient and caring. i used the free parking garage. i unloaded luggage before parking.
i found that the room walls were very thin.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast was very nice (especially the scrambled eggs!). The hotel is a short walk from local shops.

The breakfast was acceptable and offered a good variety of options.
The room I was given felt quite dated. There was no air conditioning, made the room stuffy. The radiator also seemed stuck on, and i was unable to adjust the temperature (this made sleeping difficult).

the location is very central and close to town. the rooms were beautifully decorated and included a mini fridge. i noticed a fan in the wardrobe which was very convenient.
