the hotel room was spacious, offering plenty of room for our family. the breakfast buffet had a good assortment of options including muesli , various yoghurts, bread, croissants, and a selection of cheese. the staff went out of their way to assist with a last-minute rebooking.

the shower cleanliness was not fully satisfactory, which we noticed upon arrival.

the reception staff were cute and friendly. i felt at home upon arrival. the food in the bar was lovely. i enjoyed it.

the swimming pool was disappointing. only one lane was available for swimming. this was because the pool was constantly in use for swimming lessons. the cups on our hospitality tray were dirty upon arrival.

the reception staff were efficient. my room, a superior double or king room, included coffee and tea making facilities. i found ample parking available on the premises. the gym has three treadmills and also includes several weight machines (a comprehensive setup, really).

the menu provided in my room was worn and grubby. its condition detracted slightly from the otherwise high standard of the room.

i observed a varied breakfast buffet with muesli, yoghurts, and croissants available. several types of cheese and jam were present. the buffet included eggs, juice, tea, and coffee, all well-stocked and maintained (a satisfying start to the day).

i found plenty of parking available it was very convenient i must say the receptionist amy greeted me with such joy it made my check-in lovely the room service arrived right when i asked and the food tasted so good.

i noticed the pool area had rotten floors it was a bit of a letdown i saw stagnant water pooled all over the gents dressing room it wasn't ideal the toilets smelled and was dirty i was not impressed.
