charmed by it all
convenient location dedicated staff generous portions free parking
the location is convenient. it is close to many interesting places. the staff show dedication and their work ethic is amazing. breakfast had freshly cooked options. they were generous with portions. i found it satisfying. parking was a lovely bonus too. i didnt pay extra. the location near bars and restaurants is a plus.
my room did not have good soundproofing. noises were audible from the outside. i could hear traffic. it affected my sleep quality. this was a very minor inconvenience.

the king room was very clean. temperature control worked very well. i liked this room. it was spacious enough for two people. everything was in order. the bathroom was equally clean.

customer care was excellent. the staff was very attentive. they seemed to enjoy their jobs. they answered my questions. hospitality was great. i could not have asked for more friendly and helpful staff. they make it seem effortless.

Amazing Stay at this Gem!
selection box thoughtful touch tasty breakfast staff service
I really loved the selection box my son found on arrival, such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast each morning was hot and tasty, every single item was cooked perfectly. I really liked how the staff at reception, especially Fiona and Stacey, went out of their way to chat. An early check-in really helped me manage my diabetes, and I am grateful.
I thought I should mention that the water made a loud motor sound around 5 am, that did wake me up both mornings.

I found the dining room beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect start to the day, I tell you! The breakfast selection impressed me, everything seemed to be cooked fresh and presented beautifully in the relaxing dining room.

clean room comfortable beds friendly staff local pub
The staff helped with local pub recommendations and a tasty pint. The clean room had super comfortable beds. I slept eleven hours with ease. Staff was cute upon my arrival from the usa.
The shower had very weak water pressure . This affected the overall bathroom experience. The bathroom in my room was small too.
