A VILLAGE idyll

friendly staffrelaxed atmospheredirty stain
the drop inn featured beer that was good. The function room offered ample space, and the spa visits were twice as nice. Our bedroom was immaculate. The staff presented a friendly air, fostering a relaxed atmosphere upgraded with the street design.
i discovered some rubbish under the beds, including a hair bubble. One pillow had a noticeable dirty stain on it. The toilet proximity to the wall under the paper dispenser was awkward.

the classic double room included a comfortable bed, guaranteeing restful nights. A well kept bathroom provided essential toiletries. The space was clean, it allowed for relaxation, and it.

a charming wedding stay!

supportive teamcomfortable bedsperfect suitebright lights
I got married here and everything went smoothly. the team was very supportive with all the arrangements. the beds reminded me of clouds. I slept AMAZING!!! the suite was also perfect for the hectic morning. we had the best experience ever.
the lights on the heaters glowed so brightly. the room was not dark, and that kept waking me up. this was the only minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay.

decent stay overall

modern roomnice foodhelpful staffcarpet cleanbathroom drainreception response
The room I stayed in was a great modern one. The food was also nice. The menu had good options. I used the gym and the spa and found them to be great. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly across all areas.
Our bathroom drain suffered blow back when the neighbours were using their facilities. The carpet needed a good clean in some areas. I asked reception to send someone to reattach a curtain. The response was quick, but it tells me no one checked the rooms before guest arrival.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

poor cleanlinessdisruptive noise
The cleanliness of the room was a significant issue. I found some areas were not properly cleaned. This made me question the overall hygiene standards. the noise levels were disruptive. Wedding guests were loud until the early hours. This made sleep difficult.
