I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Signature Suite. The suite was immaculate and the complimentary mini bar had a well-stocked selection of items. The bar and restaurant offered quality cocktails at reasonable prices. I found the fillet steak to be spot on in terms of preparation and taste.
the absence of assistance with luggage upon departure was noticeable. I observed the concierge helping another couple with their luggage. It. I believe consistent service should be provided to all.

i found the lobby, bar, and reception areas beautiful. the bathroom was well-designed and the bedding felt comfortable. decent facilities in the room were provided and room service was fast plus friendly!!!
the hotel charges a significant amount for parking. i spotted public parking available a short walk away at a much lower price. this difference seems quite excessive considering the overnight rate.

The decor had a REALLY high standard in both the hotel and the rooms. The bar area was lovely, and drinks were really good. It was a real treat and I will make it my go to in the future.
The room was boiling hot. The air conditioning would start to make a loud gurgling sound after about ten minutes. We asked for this to be rectified, as it was impossible to have the air con on while we were sleeping due to the noise.

The AC in the room wasn't working. It made a loud noise. After I told reception, they said someone would come and look at it. A short while later someone came and said he would control it from another place and lower it so it's colder. It STILL never worked so I had a warm and unpleasant night's sleep!!!
