the room was amazing, it was a great size and the location was good. the hotel staff were really great too. i thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, it felt very cute.
I found that the pillows need replacing. They were the worst i've ever had in a hotel. parking was a huge issue too. The hotel charges and has limited spaces. it made logistics a little complicated

efficient team extra touch breakfast selection
I arrived, and the reception team was friendly and efficient. i liked the extra touch of calling the room after check in. They checked if i was happy with the room. i also liked that they asked if i needed anything. the breakfast offered great selection, though there was a slight delay in being acknowledged upon arrival at the restaurant.
