Really good Amenities. Minor Room Service Hiccup
excellent staff great bonus
The breakfast food had good quality. Excellent staff ran the breakfast experience in a very professional manner. I stayed two nights and the spa was a great bonus.
The order was retaken twice and arrived very late at night. I also found limited information regarding the Wifi connection.

The hotel breakfast offered various options. Even if you did not like a traditional English breakfast, there was sufficient delicious food. The experience at breakfast was well managed.

The hotel offers spa facilities and a pool. The gym and spa were very nice amenities. The hotel has good historical facade and is modern in the back. Common spaces are attractive.

Wonderful Spa and Great Location
ideal location polite staff
The location was ideal. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The spa facilities were quite lovely. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast had great options available.

The breakfast offers a well put together experience. Restaurant workers are friendly and helpful. There was a sufficient and delicious breakfast offered. the service has a supplement only announced during payment.

The spa facilities were professional. The pool, steam, and sauna access were amazing. The gym had everything one would need. The hotel offered parking, however, it was very expensive and not discounted.

The room was modern and comfortable with attention to cleanliness. the bed was not very comfortable. Some online images make the hotel look luxurious! yet the room itself was basic. The bathroom was really good.

The breakfast options were varied and fresh. My COLLECTION PREMIUM ROOM offered ample space and good amenities. I found the wifi reception strong throughout the building.

busy gym service failure
the gym was busier than i expected this seemed due to external memberships i found getting a workout in difficult at peak times the television also had no signal despite attempts to fix it no one came to assist a basic service failure really bothered me
