delicious sandwich immaculate grounds attentive staff small pool high cost industrial juice

the afternoon tea was delicious the coronation chicken sandwich was wonderful so were the warm scones. the grounds are immaculate the staff are professional.

the pool area seemed very small on one day it looked cramped guests could not relax outside. the food was good but for the cost i expected better. i asked for juice but received an industrially produced glass.

magical welcome autumn sun

Isaac provided a magical welcome before I even reached the gates. The hotel stands in fine parkland, set alongside a stream, after the iron gates opened. I later relaxed in the super clean spa, it was friendly. I liked laying back in the autumn sun, watching kites above me. The experience was lovely.

I found a very slight problem with the mood lighting controls. They could be simplified.

iron gates cute staff

before opened iron gates, a magical Isaac greeted us. arrival is mind blowing and there is a cute staff team. early arrivals can enjoy the spa before their room is ready.

the bed in my room was too hard for me.

pleasant surprise northern charm

the suite was perfect. underfloor heating in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise in the morning. i dined at fletchers restaurant. the team there displayed northern charm.

the bed felt a little too firm for my taste.

poor soundproofing missed turndown

i found some issues . the soundproofing in my room was not sufficient , so i heard noise from nearby rooms and the hallway. this disrupted my sleep on several occasions. additionally , the promised turndown service did not happen on one of the nights i stayed for a hotel of this standard.

the iron gates opened to reveal a magical welcome , i won't reveal the secret. the hotel stands in fine parkland with a stream. early arrivals can use the super clean , friendly , and relaxing spa.

i found the bed to be too hard.
