the hotel was a great choice after our flight cancellation i found the staff very kind and helpful especially abs who ensured we had everything needed the hotel has a unique charm and a cozy atmosphere our room was super clean and very comfortable

i noticed the accessible toilet lacked a seat this detail detracted from my experience i think it is important to confirm guest needs during check in this would have allowed choosing another more suitable room

The location was quite convenient for accessing many attractions. the staff were pleasant. The reception was cute upon arrival. my room had a comfortable bed (i slept well each night).

the restaurant staff were all friendly. i received a birthday greeting and a candle in my dessert, a thoughtful touch. we secured a room upgrade in advance, and i was very happy with it. the staff at reception were helpful.

the breakfast service was a bit disorganized. tables weren't ready, and replenishment of self-service items was slow.
