Excellent stay, some minor issues.

The staff were helpful upon arrival. The room service was prompt (it came faster than expected). The food was delicious. I liked the spacious rooms with large bathrooms and windows, offering a view.

I noticed that the pool was not open . I was informed of this at check-in.

Mixed Feelings About this Hotel

Breakfast was included, but the bacon tasted like it had sat out for HOURS. Service really needs improvement. I had to ask multiple times for drinks at the pool restaurant. They have many employees, but it seems none of them know what they are doing. The staff clearly require more training.

The room was quite spacious. A River King was assigned to me. The bed was COMFORTABLE! and provided good rest. I appreciated the easy access to Southbank using the nearby footbridge.

There were some issues with the room. The mini bar selection was quite limited. I found that the staff did not offer much assistance with luggage, which I expected given the price point. Though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive.
