amazing stay!

comfortable bed spacious room

The bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. the room had plenty of space too. It never felt cramped. great coffee shops were just steps away. Such a win for morning coffee!

I found the location convenient, near the station. The room was clean, and the design was stylish. Staff members helped with transport when needed. I enjoyed using the pool, gym, and sauna .

The bed was not very comfortable, as it was like the mattress was caving towards the middle.

spacious room really good service

My room was spacious. It included everything I could need. The customer service was really good and the staff was great.

There were only two cups provided for three guests, and limited tea and sugar were available. The room cleaning was missed one day, even with the request tag displayed on the door.

easy access central location missing towels late arrival

The location was central and allowed easy access to various shops.

I found the room was not prepared upon my arrival after 5 pm. There were no towels. An upgrade followed once the problem was acknowledged. this meant one of my children had to sleep at the foot of the bed.
