Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities!
efficient parking smooth check-in delicious food
I found valet parking quite efficient. Check-in was smooth and quick. I also tried the food and beverage options, finding them delicious. I especially appreciated my comfortable room after a long day. It was great.
The minibar restock service felt a bit intrusive. I prefer such services during the regular cleaning schedule.

The staff provided caring and considerate service upon my arrival. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to approach. They even made porridge for me every morning, I really enjoyed that.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay.
unresponsive staff broken remote
The room was not ready when I arrived. I expected a five-star hotel to have rooms prepared, but I waited over an hour. The TV remote also did not work, quite annoying. I called for assistance. but no one came to fix it , so I could not use the TV at all. The staff did not seem very concerned about these issues.

perfect location many choices
i liked the location, it was perfect and very central. breakfast included many choices and was delicious.
The gym was slightly small. There were only a few treadmills.
