wonderful stay

seamless experience speedy check-in modern room

i was grateful for the seamless experience! welcome texts before my stay, speedy check-in, and check-out were efficient. every staff member i encountered was friendly and helpful. the comfortable bed provided good rest and the modern room had a great plan. i couldn't have asked for more!

the body wash in the shower ran out. i reported this to reception, and it was not replenished during my entire stay. i had to use shampoo instead! i am disappointed this issue was not addressed despite multiple requests.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i really appreciated. The minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. the work desk provided a comfortable space for business needs, useful.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. I appreciated the fresh fruit station. the restaurant staff provided prompt and friendly service and ensured my coffee cup was always full. there are special dietary options also.

numerous choices central location professional staff

I found the breakfast really was so great. There were numerous choices available, including both hot and cold options (I especially liked the fresh fruit!). The central location proved convenient. I could easily walk to various shops and dining spots. The staff was very professional and efficient.
