Really good Family Fun!
wide selection great perk helpful staff
The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty items. The included theme park access is a great perk and the updated rooms looked clean. I found the staff to be both helpful and friendly.
I experienced trouble with the room key card. I had to revisit the reception desk multiple times for re-activation. This issue caused some minor delays in accessing the room.

The Premium Double Room featured super modern decor and effective air conditioning. The room was well-kept and offered good space for luggage. The beds provided a comfortable sleep experience, which I found refreshing after a long day.

The resort has really close access to the theme park. This convenience allowed for easy trips back and forth. The proximity to the theme park is a huge plus for families and it eliminated long travel times.

Acceptable but flawed
restaurant closure slow service
I thought shoreline restaurant would be a highlight, but it was closed most nights. the line was huge on the few nights it was open, so i never got to eat there. pizza from the pizza restaurant took an hour. it was like a maze trying to get to the rooms. Lots of lifts and stairs added to my frustration.
