The room upgrade granted a beautiful harbour view. the valet service was professional and quick. I appreciated the attentiveness. breakfast was very varied with international choices.

The studio room included a comfortable bed and advanced technology integration. amenities included a wide-screen tv, automated blinds, and adjustable climate control. All easily managed. the mini-bar featured a selection of premium beverages and snacks.

the gym had five treadmills, four elliptical machines, and a wide selection of free weights. the pool area featured twenty loungers and attentive service. the hotel provides direct access to the nearby shopping and dining options.

The reception staff was available 24/7, offering assistance with tours and transportation. the breakfast staff provided very prompt and friendly service. They remembered my coffee order. the concierge offered efficient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel upgraded my room at check-in. The suite offered a great experience. i found the gym state-of-the-art, with extensive equipment. the buffet breakfast stood out, presenting an very nice selection of various dishes. i found the room and view lovely overlooking the harbour.
The outer doors to my suite were locked one day. It took some time to resolve.

The breakfast buffet included international and asian sections. Eggs were prepared à la carte. coffee and tea service started tableside. The buffet offered diverse choices. i found the dining facilities to meet expectations.

The staff was professional, but i did not find them friendly. room service delivery was quick. clearing old plates took considerable time. i had to request items multiple times. Some requests were unfulfilled.

The room size was adequate. It offered a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the bathroom had a huge bath. Water pressure was excellent in every fixture. the room's design was clean. The interiors seemed luxurious.
