Mixed feelings. Room size issues.

small bathroom missing drawer

The room felt small for the price. My room lacked sufficient drawer space. The bathroom size felt more suited for a budget hotel than a luxury one. It felt cramped. A bathtub shower combo is not ideal either. I could hear noise from the corridor, it was not good.

The pool area felt quite dated. Cracked tiles surrounded the pool. The spa seemed less than clean. It was somewhat heated, but I opted not to use it again. This fell short of what one expects from a hotel charging high rates.

helpful staff excellent location small bathroom bad soundproofing

The staff were generally helpful! The location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the harbor bridge. The opera house is also nearby.

The bathroom was very small. It had both a tub and a shower. The toilet felt crammed, uncomfortable. The soundproofing was not good, I could hear everything from the hallway!
