location felt very central. i walked to most attractions from here. the hotel gym has several treadmills and weights. the room included a rainfall shower. i noticed the lobby was always clean.
i found the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

the location was perfect for exploring. it was a short walk to the opera house, darling harbour and the rocks (just what we needed!). i especially loved that the hotel had multiple restaurants for a quick bite or a fancy dinner.
the elevator system was quite slow. sometimes i waited a while, especially during peak hours (but honestly, it wasn't a dealbreaker).
