i find the location really good and very convenient. the facilities are very new. the apartment are always tidy and clean. i am happy with my room and the services i get here.
the staff werent always friendly and check-in was frustrating. this is what also happened with other guests, so i think we didn't have a room.

The location is very central. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The suite included a well-equipped kitchen area,. Josh at the front desk was helpful. I especially appreciated his assistance with an early check-in.
The pillows were a little too high for my personal preference.

check-in was easy and the reception was well-staffed. our suite included a great kitchen if i choose to self-cater. the location has excellent access to dining and transport options near darling harbour and town hall.
cleanliness was a little under desired. the room looked good superficially, but had a used feeling. i found some scuff marks on surfaces.

The location was superb. I walked to many attractions, stores, and restaurants. The bed was super comfy. I had a relaxing and restful sleep. The well-equipped kitchen was a huge plus. It allowed me to prepare my own meals.
The bathroom was a bit small, providing limited space for toiletries.
