i enjoyed the heated pool on the 22nd floor. the gym had suitable equipment. the location was really good, close to chinatown and the ferry stop. the breakfast was delicious and well organized. it included a good selection of items.

the check in area seemed small. the check in process felt slow. i had to wait. the staff seemed inexperienced.

the location was acceptable being near darling harbour.

i had issues with the bathroom the water from the shower went all over the floor it was like a wet room with no handrail at all. the dim lighting made it hard to see in the halls with the navy walls. the staff seemed inexperienced during check-in it took longer than expected.

The location was indeed perfect for exploring. i found the breakfast buffet amazing with lots of choices. the outdoor pool offered beautiful views of the surroundings. i really liked the friendly staff. They were always available.

the incidental fee was a surprise upon arrival. this created an unexpected financial hold on my debit card.
