lovely suite stay!
large rooms comfortable beds on-site parking
i had a beautiful suite with two large double rooms. the beds were really comfortable, and i kept sleeping in (oops!). it was so quiet and being right in the centre was just great. i also found on-site parking amazing, a true bonus for city stays.
The bedsheets had a stain when i lifted up the duvet on the first night. Otherwise the room was very clean.

adequate stay but issues noted
acceptable location public transportation access dated decor unclean windowsills
the location was acceptable for accessing public transportation. many destinations were within walking distance.
the room i was assigned required better upkeep. the decor looked tired and dated and the windowsills were not clean. the trash receptacles were small and trash piled up since housekeeping occurred only once during a four night stay.

outdated bathroom elevator sounds
the location was excellent, near public transport and shops.
there was no room service and no robes or slippers provided, and we had no housekeeping for three days. noisy doors and constant elevator sounds were also a problem. i was somewhat disappointed after spending that much money.

fantastic apartment stay
perfect location top notch facilities helpful staff
the location was perfect. the facilities were top notch and the staff were always helpful. i stayed for two nights before flying out. the amenities were perfect, and the space felt warm.
The balcony did not get much sun. It only got sun at sunrise. it did not look like the brochure.

the hotel sits right at the heart of the cbd. i found many cafes and shops within a three-minute walk from town hall. this is a busy area, and i liked it.
