the size of the apartment impressed me. the equipped kitchen included everything i needed to prepare meals.
the black-haired front desk employee displayed rude behavior around 5 p.m. this kind of service at the hotel is really disappointing.

The location was very convenient. The train station was close. i walked from the greyhound bus terminal without problems. the staff was efficient and nice.
Housekeeping wasn't daily. I often needed new towels.

the location is excellent near roma street station. the apartment was spacious and convenient. it was also clean and very well equipped.
the front desk staff member was unfriendly. they were not cute upon arrival. i found this quite disappointing.

The advertised parking was not available upon my arrival. This caused some stress and confusion, the staff gave me inconsistent information. I felt they were unhelpful and somewhat rude.

the hotel provided very easy access from Roma Street railway station. the suite had a separate bedroom, a bonus. the kitchenette was fully equipped for self-catering needs.

The location was good. It was convenient to get around.
I found long hairs all in our bedding near the pillowcases. short hairs were also all through the bed. when i told the staff, they sent housekeeping to change the bedding. We never got an apology for this problem.
