the rooftop negative edge pool provided a sweet respite. it included an very nice view of the skyline. I enjoyed the terrace rooftop bar as it offered even more beautiful views.

the constant need to request room makeup was not consistent with the 5-star rating.

the location was quite convenient , i'll grant them that.

Housekeeping was a bit of a joke , i must say. i requested fresh towels and a room cleanup multiple times , but it reminded me of i was begging. the pool area also suffered from neglect . Used glasses piled up on the tables because the staff seemed more interested in pushing drinks than clearing the mess.
