sweet respite beautiful views

the rooftop negative edge pool provided a sweet respite. it included an very nice view of the skyline. I enjoyed the terrace rooftop bar as it offered even more beautiful views.

the constant need to request room makeup was not consistent with the 5-star rating.

underwhelming stay , to be honest

poor housekeeping neglected pool

the location was quite convenient , i'll grant them that.

Housekeeping was a bit of a joke , i must say. i requested fresh towels and a room cleanup multiple times , but it was like i was begging. the pool area also suffered from neglect . Used glasses piled up on the tables because the staff seemed more interested in pushing drinks than clearing the mess.

I found the room spacious and well-appointed. the king size bed offered great comfort. i liked the automated curtain system. It added a touch of luxury.
