wonderful riverfront retreat

superb location polite staff excellent sauna lovely upgrade

the location was superb, close to the queen street mall and botanic gardens. i walked to many restaurants and coffee shops. the staff were consistently polite and accommodating, a very positive aspect of my stay. the sauna and spa provided excellent relaxation opportunities (i took full advantage!). i also received a lovely upgrade .

i found a slight issue because the car park was full upon arrival, however alternative parking was offered nearby.

the hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the big mall, a park, and a bus stop. the proximity to the river enhances the appeal, as do the numerous dining and coffee options available nearby. this makes the location convenient.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness, especially at breakfast, where omelets were made to order. room service was quick. i found that the personnel were very pleasant and attentive (the concierge helped with directions).

the location was great, very close to everything. the buffet breakfast included a nice way to start the day (especially the omelet station!).

the hotel felt a bit worn. the water pressure in the shower was also quite poor.

great location onsite parking good breakfast run down room poor plumbing loud noise

The location was definitely a plus, very central. I enjoyed the onsite parking. It was included in my deal, convenient. Breakfast was REALLY good. I liked the egg station.

Our room was on the third level. It felt a little run down. The plumbing was not great. The taps made loud noises.

great variety really good food usb port smart tv

The room service maintained a tidy space discretely.. Breakfast provided a great variety of food to choose from. The restaurant impressed me since the food tasted really good.

There were no USB ports available to charge my devices. The smart TV system proved hard to navigate .

the breakfast included a good size bathroom. the swimming pool looked nice. i also found the staff very helpful.

The carpet in the hallway looked stained. It made it seem tired. though the parking was expensive!
