wonderful riverfront retreat

superb locationpolite staffexcellent saunalovely upgrade

the location was superb, close to the queen street mall and botanic gardens. i walked to many restaurants and coffee shops. the staff were consistently polite and accommodating, a very positive aspect of my stay. the sauna and spa provided excellent relaxation opportunities (i took full advantage!). i also received a lovely upgrade .

i found a slight issue because the car park was full upon arrival, however alternative parking was offered nearby.

the hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the big mall, a park, and a bus stop. the proximity to the river enhances the appeal, as do the numerous dining and coffee options available nearby. this makes the location convenient.
