a happy paradise escape

easy access helpful staff good response

i really liked how close the hotel was to atlantis! it was super easy to walk there and use the pools and water park. the staff was very pleasant. jewel at breakfast and calvin at the front desk were especially helpful! the hotel responded well to my room preference request, too.

the hallway on my floor had a slight sewage smell at times.

the pool area is nice. it has plenty of chaise loungers and umbrellas for shade. i noticed a lifeguard on duty. this is great for families! there is also a bar right by the pool.

the location is amazing. it's a very short walk to atlantis resort. i got daily access to the pools, water park, and beaches. there are also plenty of food places near the hotel.

adequate stay close to atlantis

daily breakfast short walk moldy room missing towels

the daily breakfast was a plus. i found it convenient. access to the atlantis aquapark was a great perk. it was a short and safe walk.

my room smelled like mildew. it smelled like there was flood. the sheets were not changed and my room was not properly clean. they did not give me any hand towels after removing the first batch.
