The breakfast buffet provides a lot of options. i like the fruit selection and the omelet station. the hotel includes several bars. The sports bar is open 24 hours. this became really convenient for late-night snacks and drinks.

the gym equipment showed a little wear.

fantastic beachfront experience

clean environment friendly staff easy beach easy walk

The hotel had a clean environment and friendly staff. i was happy with the beach access. It was easy to reach. the hotel location allowed simple walks to the atlantis casino and straw market (i enjoyed that a lot!). i was also upgraded to a better room.

I had difficulty with the riu app. I could not book restaurant reservations.

the hotel had good food and offered a variety of tasty meals. i liked branded spirits in the room and bars. the buffet, as well as the specialty restaurants, offered very delicious options.

efficient check-in ample variety transportation assistance

i found the check-in process efficient and easy , , made my arrival smooth. the meals provided ample variety and i liked the pool service that was readily available. transportation assistance was always on hand , ensuring i could easily explore nearby attractions.

i noticed the gym lacked sufficient outlets , , made charging devices while working out a bit inconvenient.
