Jean Baptiste from the valet staff was helpful and very professional. The hotel impressed me with its beautiful design. The Zuma restaurant offered amazing food. The spa made a great impression on my mother and sister.
Traffic was heavy around the hotel, and there were many homeless people nearby. I didn't feel completely safe walking alone in the area

The room was quite large. It featured two queen beds, sufficient for my needs. The bathroom included both a separate shower and a bathtub.. That was useful. A balcony provided a view of the city and river from the 22nd floor.
I found that check-in was delayed past the stated time of 4 p.m. That was inconvenient after my flight. The pool was accessible to the public. I felt it resembled a zoo. The music there was excessively loud.

The city view from my room was awesome. valet parking was quick. A very good thing.
The room did not had a coffee machine, so I bought some coffee at a supermarket nearby. housekeeping was slow. My room wasnt cleaned until late afternoon.
