Excellent Stay at This Hotel

alcohol selection friendly staff

I visited the Club Lounge and it was excellent. The alcohol selection was very good. The staff was friendly. The light dinner featured chicken Marsala with trimmings. This space is large and has a great view.

I found the pool very crowded. It was hard to relax. People not staying at the hotel used it. That was strange. I think the hotel should be more strict about who uses the pool.

The Club Lounge offers a happy hour. I thought the breakfast buffet at Ole was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the price was right. The restaurant included the Toro Toro restaurant.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to Bayfront Park. The hotel location is great for accessing cruise terminals. The location is great for walking to the Kaseya Center. A CVS and Whole Foods are a few blocks away.

totally awesome stay!

vibrant hotel fresh room pleasant fragrance

i loved how vibrant the hotel felt and the decor was great. the rooms were bright and fresh, seriously gorgeous. every detail seemed new and i could tell the hotel cares about providing an awesome experience. the fragrance as soon as you walk in is so pleasant it really sets the tone.

i noticed a slight wait for the elevators during peak times everything else was perfect though.

the staff was attentive, kind, and cheerful i really appreciated the warm welcome at every interaction. they helped start my day in a good mood every morning it was refreshing to see such genuine hospitality.

the hotel boasts a location near several attractions. pier 9 is a short walk by the water it is easy to access nearby shopping. the hotel is also convenient for those with dogs because the park is right outside the front door.

the hotel features a modern design and has a starbucks in the building which is so useful for a quick coffee fix. the fitness center includes updated equipment for cardio and strength training i was impressed by the available resources.
