slow breakfastlacking service
I found the service to be somewhat lacking. the breakfast service was quite slow. I waited a long time and the food arrived cold. i ALSO had to request housekeeping service at 3:00 pm one day. It was disappointing, as i expected better attention to detail from a resort of this caliber.

Really good Beachfront Stay

I found the hotel clean and well maintained. it really does feel like a secluded tropical island. i was pleased to find many pool options. I particularly enjoyed the adult only area. beach towels were readily available at each pool, and there were ample chairs and umbrellas. the provided refillable water bottles and wrist band room keys were very useful.
The absence of fans above the beds slightly affected sleeping comfort. I feel that installing these would significantly enhance the room's appeal.

the hotel offers direct beach access. there are several pools located throughout the hotel. the hotel felt secluded giving me a sense of privacy. this location enhanced my relaxation.

Chanda, Ramone, and Larissa made my afternoon at the bar fun. The resort is fine. Service was friendly. Drinks were great and really good service existed.
