The location proved acceptable, near the park.

The room was only just OK. The fitted sheets did not stay on the bed. This happened to my parents as well. The restaurant was out of several items, including chicken.

This hotel is REALLY close to the Grand Canyon's South Rim. I found a few dining options both at the hotel and nearby (BE READY for higher prices, though!). The room felt comfy, AND it was very clean.

I found some minor issues. The water from the taps felt strange, like soap wouldn't rinse off easily. I also thought the bed was TOO soft (major motion transfer, too!). The staff during check-in could have been more cute.

the rooms were big! i had a premium queen room two queen beds. the hotel included free parking on the premises and i think that's awesome. the games room was also a hit.

I didn't like that the staff were not the most friendly and i didn't see them smile. the swimming pool didn't have enough seats for the number of guests. It was a struggle to find a lounger. the restaurant felt old and tired.

the outdoor pool was a joy! i appreciated the on-site convenience store. the arcade offered great entertainment for families and the staff booked another night for us with ease. they allowed us to keep the same room, it was very kind.

the hallways seemed DINGY and the hotel suffered from a musty smell. the air conditioning did not work properly, maintenance had to come at night. the outer doors were propped open, it.

just okay, i guess

convenient locationoutdated decorthin walls

the location to the canyon was pretty convenient.

the room was pretty drab, like stepping back into the '90s, decor and all. and the walls might as well have been paper, every cough and conversation from the next room seemed like they were right there with me. plus, the wait for breakfast each morning felt excessive.
