mixed feelings about the stay

restaurant noise no coffee

the location was quite convenient for accessing different parts of the area.

my room lacked adequate soundproofing. noise from the restaurant below was very noticeable late into the night. also, i found it quite inconvenient that there was no coffee machine available in the room.

The building possesses undeniable beauty. Modern touches blend seamlessly with period details. I especially appreciated the unbelievably soft sheets and pillows. The provided car service to the Dead Rabbit was a welcome perk.

I noticed blue sticky tape on corridor walls. This detracted from the overall upscale ambiance. A kettle or coffee machine in the room is needed.

i found several issues . housekeeping did not service my room despite requests. also, i was disturbed by loud noise from garbage trucks at night, made sleep difficult.

room downgrade indifferent staff

i had some issues . the room we got was not what we booked. it was smaller and missing features like a couch. also, i found a pile of used room service trays blocking the entrance to our room it was pretty frustrating that the staff seemed indifferent about the room downgrade.
