i found that everything was renovated. the room was modern, and it included a times square view. i appreciated multiple restaurants being available on the premise (i especially liked the variety of options!), and i also liked that there were many more close by.

i noticed it could get a little crowded sometimes.

the conference room was well-equipped. it had an elevated stage. there were also plenty of refreshments available. the staff was very pleasant and warm. everyone seemed eager to help me.

the wifi was terrible. i was unable to open attachments. it was very difficult to do any work. i had to pay an additional tourist tax. it was not transparent at all.

the location was convenient to many attractions we used the concierge for directions he was very helpful. we appreciated the quick check-in process there was a dedicated line for elite members. the hotel provided a smooth experience overall. the gym had several machines and free weights the equipment was well kept.

the in-room coffee was not very good i suggest getting coffee elsewhere.

the gym had all the equipment I needed (including a beautiful view of times square). the room was clean and spacious with excellent views from the 31st floor due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

the room lacked a minibar.
