The location was convenient for shopping and access to public transportation was easy.

I found the room to be quite dated. The shower holder was broken and the water bidet leaked continuously causing inconvenience. I also requested a room with a view but was initially told that there were no views available, which proved untrue when I inquired again later.

A decent stay. Some hiccups

The room was clean. i also appreciated that they allowed me to check in early. That was a plus. the facilities were generally good and the location is convenient for getting around.

The doorman was quite rude. he refused my taxi ride. He insisted that ride didn't belong to me, causing a penalty for not showing up. the lobby did not have enough seating despite the space available. The lobby was very noisy too.

Shathees at the reception provided excellent service. He greeted me warmly with a smile upon my arrival. He was attentive and professional, answering all my questions. His efficiency during check-in enhanced my stay.

I asked for a room with a view. The receptionist said all rooms come without views. She accommodated me in a room similar to a handicap room. Another staff moved me to a room with a partial view after three nights.

overpowering smellempty coffee machines

I felt a bit let down by a couple of things. the strong smell in the lobby was quite overpowering, a strange mix with the hotel fragrance. also, breakfast was too crowded. A large group was there, and i couldn't find a free table. several coffee machines were empty, and no one refilled them quickly. it seemed like the hotel wasn't prepared for the breakfast rush. the breakfast in the hotel lounge was also disappointing considering the usual standard.
