The location was super convenient due to its proximity to the monorail! It made getting around really easy! I walked to Palawan beach. I also liked that room snacks were complimentary. Luggage hold was also complimentary, so I could see more of the island after check-out. I liked this a lot!
The only downside was an unpleasant experience with room service! I asked for a simple dish (pasta with tomatoes sauce for our young child). The call taker declined. I suggest simple dishes for children should be available because this hotel attracts many families with young children!

My stay included a complimentary welcome drink and snacks upon arrival, I was very grateful. The location was very convenient. The beach was close. The rooftop pool offered a great way to start the morning.
Some staff were not very helpful. I was disappointed. Breakfast had little variety. The food was also cold. The air conditioning unit made constant noise. I found it hard to adjust.

i certainly appreciated the welcome mocktail upon arrival , it was such a refreshing start. the rooftop pool became my favorite spot because it has nice views and a relaxed atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful , really going above and beyond to. i found the location convenient , with easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.
i found the room a little small , and there wasn't much space for luggage storage.

i found the rooftop bar disco noise a bit loud it reverberated through the building i wasn't fully satisfied with the sound insulation.
