the location was fine, close enough to walk to some spots. it was reasonably quiet, i guess

The room service was surprisingly bad. I ordered a club sandwich, and it arrived without any chips or fries. when i called to ask, they told me i needed to order them separately. who serves a club sandwich without fries?

superb amtd stay

convenient location friendly staff clean facilities organized taxi area

The hotel has a very convenient location near many places for exploring. the taxi area is well-organized for easy drop-off and pick-up. staff were helpful. I found them very friendly. the facilities are clean, and lots of shops are nearby. i arrived early. They stored my bags and had them waiting in my room.

i found the bathroom lighting to be quite dull. brighter lighting or a led mirror would be helpful.

faulty air conditioning limited breakfast

the air conditioning unit in my room did not function properly. i notified reception multiple times, but received no response. eventually, a maintenance worker came and confirmed a problem existed. also, breakfast lacked variety considering this is a hotel in its category.

I appreciated the spacious suite. It included a living room and a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and suited my business trip needs. The location is convenient for accessing both the MRT and Lau Pa Sat.

unstable shower temperature mismatched labels

The shower's temperature was really unstable. It kept switching between cool and hot. it made showering unpleasant. also, the hair conditioner and body wash labels were mixed up on the shower caddy. This was a labelling problem, mismatched labels.

great location beautiful pool area friendly staff members missing utensil poor wifi unsynchronized audio

the location was great. it was within walking distance to many sights. the pool area is beautiful. the staff members were friendly and cute.

the kitchen always has different utensils. sometimes it comes very complete. other times it's missing almost everything. the wifi always drops out and loses signal all the time. the tv channels always freeze and the audio always gets out of sync.
