attentive staff great location unsecure tap calcium deposit

The staff was attentive and they gave my partner cocktails for his birthday. The hotel is in a great location. There are food markets close.

The beautiful room had a tap over the sink that was not secure. The shower head had calcium deposits so nozzles didn't worked well. Dust was in many places.

convenient location affordable dining rooftop pool

the hotel's location was very convenient. i found the hawker center right outside provided affordable dining options. the proximity to the mrt station made exploring the city easy. the rooftop pool was great.

the gym was a bit small and only had a limited selection of equipment.

The staff provided quick assistance with my luggage. check-in was efficient and took less than five minutes. i appreciated the prompt room service. They delivered a snack within 25 minutes.

the pool at night was amazing. the happy hour was good. the hotel is near the local food market and gardens by the bay. super nice team. tea and coffee makers are provided in rooms which is always a plus.

the front desk staff for checkin and out were stern and unfriendly.

the rooftop pool is accessible. there's a bar by the pool area. i saw the gym, it seemed well-equipped with modern machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

Really good Stay in the Heart of the City

wonderful staff tasty breakfast

The staff demonstrated wonderful initiative and attentiveness! The rooms were comfortably furnished and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast selection offered tasty choices.

The room suffered from significant noise issues! I noticed street noise and water pipes banging during the night. This disturbed our sleep.
