Reasonable Stay with Minor Drawbacks

clean pool spacious gym attentive staff small room limited space ineffective curtains

i really appreciated the cleanliness of the pool and gym facilities. the spaces felt spacious and well kept. the staff at breakfast were attentive and offered a good selection of food.

the room i stayed in felt quite small , with limited space to accommodate two suitcases. this meant we had to navigate around luggage opened on the floor. i also found that the curtains did not effectively block out the light at the sides.

A balanced experience

sufficient amenities friendly staff fantastic location slow lifts quirky bed dark colour

the room was cozy it had sufficient amenities. staff was friendly they provided insightful information about restaurants. i had a wonderful time there. the location is fantastic the modern hotel is clean.

the lifts were slow i had a quirky fold away bed. the switches and controls are not good they are dark colour on a dark background. every time you enter the room it fully opens all the curtains.

super spot!

direct connectivity rooftop pool tasty rice

I really liked how the power points had direct connectivity, so i did not need adapters. it was super easy to connect to the hotel wifi. This was great! the rooftop pool area and the el chido bar have a very nice view. i ate lunch at madison's on level 1, and the hainan chicken rice was so tasty.

central location quiet atmosphere super clean room

The hotel location is central. It stands a few minutes from the MRT stop. The Executive Lounge offered a quiet atmosphere for work and relaxation. The cleaning service ensured my room was super clean daily!!!

The gym was quite small, thus it was difficult to use all the equipment I wanted.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast suited all tastes.

The luggage staff was nowhere to be found at checkout!!! A staff member in a polo shirt rejected me when I asked for help with my luggage. This was frustrating.

insufficient lighting late wake-up

the lighting in the bathroom was insufficient, in my estimation). furthermore, there was a noticeable delay in receiving my requested wake-up call one morning, which caused a slight disruption to my planned schedule. (not ideal for someone with a strict schedule).
