long elevator wait poor breakfast

Elevators were a major hassle. I always had to wait way too long, because staff use the same ones as guests. Breakfast was a total letdown. It lacked any of the variety or quality that other places in the area offer. hash browns were cold and tasted bad.

great location convenient staff helpful staff

i really enjoyed my stay! the location was super convenient with chinatown nearby. i also found an mtr station just across the road, perfect for getting around easily. the staff allowed me to use the shower facilities before my room was ready and after i checked out. this was very helpful!

The pool was booked at the times i wanted to visit, but there seemed to be few people there. This was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast offered a lot of options, with a varied and plentiful selection of food. I especially liked trying some local flavors each morning. the restaurant's ambiance made each meal enjoyable with a relaxing atmosphere. it enhanced the whole experience.

my room included a huge bed! and there was a fabulous view. the room was clean and equipped with all required facilities. the shower's water pressure was great.

The staff were always friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. They were always ready to assist with any request. wilson, the street concierge, was particularly cute and helpful. he made sure i felt at home.

fantastic stay near chinatown

efficient delivery lovely pool

i found the check-in process straightforward, and luggage delivery to the room was efficient. the room included everything needed for my short stay. the rooftop infinity pool offered a lovely space to relax after a busy day.

The dim entrance felt a bit odd. Transitioning from bright daylight into the dark lobby required my eyes to adjust. glassware used as walls needs polishing often.

My premier double room had a very comfy bed and pillows. It also included all expected five-star amenities. the design felt well-thought-out, particularly with the night lights by the floor and in the bathroom.

the 30th-floor rooftop pool and jacuzzi offered an excellent way to relax, but the pool is smaller than expected. i did enjoy the availability of shower facilities for use prior to check-in, a significant bonus.

The breakfast buffet presented a good selection of continental and american options. it also included fruits, sweets, and a daily local dish. The breakfast room has a very elegant ambience.

the hotel stands practically on top of the telok ayer station. its location allows easy access to both downtown and chinatown via the mrt. many hawker centres surround it.
