direct accesscity hallfantastic view
i really appreciated the location as it gave direct access to raffles city mall. the city hall metro station was also very convenient. our premier marina bay room, with its king bed and balcony, offered a fantastic view (it was a highlight).
the pool area was sometimes a bit crowded.

the room included a comfortable king bed. the executive lounge access was a great perk (i really enjoyed the evening cocktails). the city view from the high floor was indeed excellent.

i appreciated the excellent location near the bay and various mrt stations. The room upgrade for my son's birthday was very thoughtful. i found the hotel concierge to be patient and helpful with all our questions.
the automated check-in system had a minor glitch, it caused a slight delay.

a mixed stay with breakfast issues

poor check-inlong queues
Check in was problematic. they insisted i use self check in kiosks, but none worked well. i ended up waiting ages for help. breakfast felt chaotic. The queues where long and it was very busy.

i enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour in lounge 65 SO much. the premier marina bay 1 king balcony marina bay view was a good size. it had amazing views. i devoured the wagyu burger from the hotel brasserie located on the ground floor!!!
