reasonable stay near the airport.
friendly staff clean room breakfast buffet limited hours
the hotel is close to the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful especially during check-in. the room was clean. i enjoyed the pool even though it was crowded.
the breakfast buffet was chaotic. i found it difficult to find a table. some of the food items were not replenished quickly enough. also, the shuttle service had limited hours. taxis were necessary outside of those hours.

spacious room golf green
the room was spacious. it had nice golf green views from my room. housekeeping do a good job every day and kept the place clean. the rooms were also well set up.
the location is not very accessible.

inconsistent service at an ok hotel
inconsistent shuttle rigid front desk
the room was spacious, it was pretty clean.
I was very annoyed the airport shuttle wasnt as advertised. it only ran every two hours and only between 10 am and 6 pm, its totally useless for early or late flights. also, the front desk seemed really rigid. I had to show my reservation even after providing my passport, like they did not trust me at all.

warm staff very nice hospitality maintained resort club noticeable smell poor baby cot metal bars
the staff were warm. they offered very nice hospitality. the resort club was impeccably maintained. the facilities included hotel rooms, a gym, and pools.
i found the room had a noticeable smell. the baby cot was in poor condition. it had tears on the sides and exposed the metal bars.

the front desk staff were helpful. our room was beautiful. the hotel did provide airport shuttle buses. the gym had modern equipment.
i noticed some minor debris in the swimming pool.
