banquet staff amazing team swift cleanup worn room stained fabric chipped countertop

The banquet staff were really amazing! hazim, colby, ajay, jovan, and fitri helped with the d&d event. Colby even cleaned up a mess swiftly. the team responded well to our requests. ritz carlton's service really holds up to its standards.

The room showed signs of wear. the chaise lounge fabric had some light staining. the bathroom marble countertop had a chip. The light switches needed several attempts to operate.

Really good hospitality

very nice service breakfast buffet helpful staff

The hotel is very close to Marina Bay Sands. Approximately 600m from the MRT. The breakfast buffet offered amazing options, and the staff provided help proactively. I found the service standard very nice across all staff, from the cleaning team to restaurant staff. The breakfast is ONE of the best!

A Birthday Remembered

cute front desk efficient housekeeping exquisite food smiley concierge

My time began very well. The front desk had Dickson and Kareena. They welcomed me very kindly. Housekeeping did a very excellent job. They were fast and very efficient. The room had a nice view and it was clean. I enjoyed the dinner at Colony. Alfian, Lee Lee, Rethish, Tesa, Benton, John, Clifton, and Jian Yu provided special service. Chuckie and Adam from Concierge were smiley and very accommodative.

The hotel felt a bit stingy with birthday compliments given my five-day stay. I only got little chocolates. I hoped for champagne, but this was my single disappointment.

The Colony offered a wide array of foods. Its buffet included ice cream and chocolates. Ms. Ningning always wore a smile and was very attentive. Her vibes felt warm, a welcome detail.

fantastic staff genuine kindness excellent oversight

the staff at the executive lounge. i especially appreciated kelvin, k. j, s. m, wady, violet, and jit. cally, the manager on duty, provided excellent oversight. it was such a charmed experience!

the breakfast service could have been more attentive at times.

The room had an spacious layout. There was a separate bedroom and a wardrobe room. The bathroom offered top-tier amenities. I liked the dual sinks and large soaking tub.

some elements in the room seemed a bit dated, specifically in the living area.

The staff were genuinely thoughtful, ALWAYS going the extra mile. Hazim, Colby, Ajay, Jovan, Fitri and the banquet team were helpful with their service at our dinner event. They were prompt in handling last minute requests.
