I was upgraded to a beautiful room and found it very spacious. The hotel is conveniently located above the MRT station and a mall. The welcome drink was beyond my expectations. I had a great experience and recommend a family stay because the food was excellent. The children were thrilled.
I found no valet service and had to ask around for directions. A sign would have been helpful to indicate where to go upon arrival. I had to inquire myself about upgrade options and the staff did not explain the details well. I felt rushed even though I arrived after 3 PM

The housekeeping staff passed along the corridor and made an effort to greet our daughter. One staff member at the pool bar were very good too ensure children used an inflatable duck safely. A female bartender was also very cute to our daughter.

I really appreciated the location. It was right above the city hall mrt station. access to the raffles city shopping mall was convenient. the king balcony room offered an ideal view of turn 17 and turn 18 for the grand prix. room amenities were well-stocked, and the bed provided good lumbar support.
The decorative paintings in the guest room corridor had frames with sharp angles. I scratched myself. the team sent a nurse to clean the wound, but the email response was disappointing and lacked genuine concern.

The hotel connects directly to the Raffles City Mall and City Hall MRT station. This provides very easy access to various parts of the city. The in-room dining staff demonstrated excellent customer service . I found the housekeeping staff very helpful and energetic when they cleaned and replenished the room amenities. The location is strategic.
I found nothing particularly wrong, but the hotel color is a little dark. I stayed here before a few years ago, but this time I decided to try staying again.

the pool was nice. i found a free lounge chair each time i went. the gym had three treadmills and a few stationary bikes.
The minibar fridge was full of items. I could not store my drinks there. the room service menu did not have many vegetarian options.
