A nice stay

comfortable bed excellent housekeeper great experience

The team provided first class service! Breakfast was great. I loved the comfortable bed. Housekeeper Tim was excellent. The location is perfect for shopping. The metro is nearby. Taxis are cheap. I had an amazing experience.

It is great for shopping but quite a long walk to the Marina and central areas.

The Beautiful King Room included automated curtains. These opened automatically. Each room also had blackout curtains. These aided sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were good quality. The room was clean.

The eggs Benedict was spot on! The hotel offers a fantastic variety of different foods. The One, Ninety restaurant had great service. The coffee drinks and teas were fantastic. The staff were attentive.

The gym is spacious. It has chilled towels and fruit! The staff at the rooftop pool were attentive. I liked the free ice cream. The hotel is close to Orchard Road and 200m from the MRT. Very convenient.

The hotel is in the smart part of town. It is at the top of Orchard Boulevard. The hotel has designer high end stores. It is a shopper's paradise. The location is near the Botanical Gardens. I enjoyed this place.

lovely getaway

amazing location excellent gym healthy option

i gotta say the location is amazing because orchard metro station is so close. the gym is seriously excellent with chilled towels and water. breakfast had tons of healthy options and local stuff i wanted to try. i loved the staff they handed out chilled waters when i was leaving.

the minibar setup was a bit confusing i thought the chocolates were free. i found out later they weren't which was a surprise at checkout. it left me a little embarrassed when i had to discuss it there and then.

the gym features lots of equipment i was able to do my exercises easily. chilled towels and still and sparkling water dispensers are available adding a special touch to my workout. i'm really impressed

Acceptable, but a few snags

misleading minibar inattentive staff

The mini bar setup felt a bit off. Those chocolates next to the water seemed complimentary, not chargeable. Imagine my surprise finding a $40 charge per day at checkout. I'd suggest the hotel rethink that, it left a bad taste. there was a drunk guest at the bar. The staff saw it, but didn't intervene. I found it unsettling.
