great variety spacious room coffee pods dirty carpet non-functional spa early pool closure

the breakfast cafe offered a great variety, with options i could imagine. our room was quite spacious with a fridge and a safe, which i appreciated. the tea and coffee pods were also a nice touch.

the carpets near the rooms was a bit dirty! the spa wasn't working during my entire stay, a bit disappointing. the pool closed quite early, though many people still wanted to swim.

unclear rules expensive mistake

the drink prices frustrated me at the lobby bar. they said residents get a 30% discount but that wasn't true there. the rules for happy hour at different bars were unclear and i got caught out twice. no discount applied to my partner soft drinks, it was very expensive.

average stay with some disappointments

dated room superficial cleaning

the location was convenient for accessing clarke quay and the mrt station was nearby. it made getting around relatively easy.

My room felt dated, with worn furniture.. the bathroom lacked a bidet or similar amenity. i found the daily cleaning to be superficial. For example, cups and glasses were not properly washed.

many choices fresh fruit turndown service

i found the location good for exploring. the breakfast had many choices and fresh fruit. rose, my housekeeper, kept my room tidy with turndown service each night. i appreciated the quick access to the river.
