rooftop delight!
rooftop pool city view convenient location
The rooftop pool was lovely. i loved the 270-degree city view as i swam. the location was convenient. The airport trip was quick. it took less than 10 minutes to reach the city center using a ride-hailing service.
I found the room had insufficient furniture. There was a struggle to unpack. the wardrobe lacked drawers. also, the five provided hangers were not enough. there could be some improvments.

mixed feelings about the stay
long waiting peeling tiles
i was a bit disappointed with the elevators. waiting for them was quite long. also, the pool area had tiles peeling off. this definitely needs fixing for safety.

fantastic facilities
amazing facilities superb cleanliness helpful staff
i thought the hotel facilities were amazing. i appreciated that the cleanliness was great. nicky was also super helpful during checkout. i found these aspects very positive .
the elevators were a bit slow and felt warm. the traffic from the road and restaurant across the street was quite audible until around 10pm. this made it a little challenging to relax in the evenings.

The staff always insisted on opening the door for us each time we entered. This impressed me greatly. every staff member greeted us whenever we encountered them. the personalised service was excellent

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I found several choices that suited my preferences. The rooftop pool was nice.
The lifts were often crowded. I sometimes waited several minutes. One lift had a strange smell . This was unpleasant, but it was an isolated incident.

rooftop pool helpful staff
The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet had many options.. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. Gigi in customer relations was very helpful. The rooftop pool area had twenty loungers.
The elevators sometimes took a long time.
