the room included a minibar with soft drinks. i found a welcome fruit basket upon arrival. bathroom amenities featured davines products..

Charmed by the Standard!

helpful staff amazing pool fine room

The staff were always helpful. The swimming pool was great for doing laps. The rooms boast a fine design. Everything meets The Standard's standards. I hope the gym gets its planned improvements soon. I want those weights! Thank you!

The King Room features a modern design, with cool touches such as hooks on the walls and dimmers for the lights. I also found TWG tea and a Nespresso machine ready for use, such a treat! The smaller touches.

The hotel offers a great swimming pool that I used for exercise. The area surrounding it is well-designed with Beverly Hills Hotel vibes, a cool theme. There are many places to sit and relax by the water.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. The hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions and essential services. It is quite easy to reach the street from this location, which makes transit easy.

Breakfast included options made fresh and delicious, ordered a la carte. I could order as much as I liked. I found dinner at Kaya to be very nice, with food that was quite delicious, a very enjoyable experience.

whatsapp communication customer service

the whatsapp communication was amazing it made everything easy i loved the swimming pool too it was a great way to spend the afternoon the facilities were modern and stylish. the staff provided excellent customer service i really felt taken care of i found it convenient they sent pre arrival messages asking if i needed help with airport pick up.

the rooms had poor soundproofing that did affect my stay

impractical design outdoor area

The room design looked cool but lacked practicality. the air conditioning was also temperamental. I was either too hot or too cold (a minor inconvenience, i admit). i also discovered there is no gym. Instead, an outdoor area is used for workouts. these small issues detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
